Of an elderly oiran sitting face to face with Emma-o, the regent of the Buddhist hell, who, with his two assessors, administers judgements and punishments in the nether regions, here he appears to have "bitten off more than he can chew" as, having pronounced his judgement on the prostitute, she is attempting to extract his tongue with pincers for doing so
