AN ACHAEMENID BRONZE FIGURAL STAND
5TH-4TH CENTURY B.C.
Comprising three nude dwarves alternating with three cylindrical pillars, each wearing a short straight fringe, side plaits and drooping moustache, supporting with both hands a shallow circular dish with a suspension loop on each side, on openwork ring base.
