The four en tremblant wings in shaded blue and green plique-à-jour enamel, each edged with a line of rose-cut diamonds, the thorax and abdomen set with circular-cut diamonds, the separately-sprung head of green enamel with a collet-set old brilliant-cut diamond, matt gold legs French control marks, maker's lozenge mark and numbered in two places 4127; detachable brooch fitting; fitted case inscribed to the interior 'Sturbelle Frères' with the address
