The central openwork scrolling garland set throughout with old cut diamonds and suspending four pearls, a similar diamond-set plaque to either side, each with a single pearl drop, and separated by a diamond-set knife-edge bar with a pearl terminal, the whole suspended from a graduated collet-set old brilliant-cut diamond rivière (part detachable), mounted in silver and gold, French control marks to the clasp
