Struck with chop marks and STERLING, stand unmarked, the coffee-pot and tea caddy by another, 20th century
Comprising tea kettle, stand and lamp, teapot, coffee pot, two-handled covered sugar bowl, cream jug, tea-caddy and waste bowl, each vase form on short spreading molded oval base, initialed L, engraved with blossom and stylized foliage at intervals, the pots with harp form handle, the hinged molded domed part engraved cover topped by urn form finial, the kettle on stand over fixed handle--14in. (36.8cm.) high; the shaped oval tray with conforming engraving to border, with two cut outs for handles--30in. (76.2cm.) long; together with a tea strainer--gross weight 285oz. (9)
