Canted cornered rectangular, on four elaborate floral and foliate bracket supports, the raised platform with three square frames for the silver-mounted, cut glass bottles, the center topped by taperstick with nozzle and extinguisher, the rims applied with foliage enclosed shells with divided by gadrooning, with two pen depressions, one engraved with presentation inscription--12in. (30.5cm.) long, the silver 41oz. (4)
