4o (208 x 148 mm). Collation: A-I8. 72 leaves, foliated. Roman type. Initial spaces with guide letters. Woodcut cribl title- border, 21 large woodcut anatomical illustrations, and printer's woodcut device below colophon. (Gutter margin repaired affecting inner border slightly, impression light on woodcut illustration on A6r [border redrawn in brown ink], several lines of text on A4r and A5v printed light and relettered in manuscript, minor marginal soiling.) Later vellum. Provenance: Some marginalia in an early hand.

It includes many of the same woodcuts (hence their occasional light impressions) and some additional observations, including a description of the valves of the heart.
