The stand oval on four scroll feet with gadrooned rim, the bottle frame with eight bottle holders with reeded rims and columnar supports on lion's-paw feet, the central standard surmounted by a leaf-capped reeded loop handle, the cut-glass bottles with silver mounts, with leaf-capped scroll handles, the base and two covers engraved with a crest, the underside of base engraved with an inscription, marked on base, frame and mounts
