Depicted mummiform, the garment shaped into a cowl at the nape of the neck, the hands holding the crook and flail, wearing a broad collar, false beard, and atef-crown fronted with a uraeus, on an integral base inscribed in hieroglyphs, "May Osiris grant life to ... the son of Hornefer..."
