watercolour on paper, each showing a man of different trade including water bearer, tea boy, cobbler, carpet seller, knife grinder, entertainer with monkey and artisans such as tile painter and potter, each identified below in black nasta'liq, mounted, framed and glazed in six sets of four and one of two, (paintings in good condition, some wear to frames), Persia, 19th century - each approx. 18 x 13cm., large frame 37 x 84cm.
