A planked and rigged static display model of the Bounty,
with bound masts, yards with foot ropes, standing and running rigging, sailor figurehead, hair rails, anchors with bound wooden stocks, catheads, gratings, belaying rails and pins, windlass, deck rails, companionway, bilge pumps, capstan, helm and tiller, upper deck guns and ship's boat in chocks with bottom boards, thwarts and rudder and other detailing. The hull, finished in white to the waterline, black and varnish, is mounted on two turned brass columns on inlaid mahogany display base with brass-bound glazed cover. Measurements overall -- 24½ x 34in. (62.2 x 86.3cm.)
