perhaps Kelsterbach, modelled as a lady's leg, wearing a shoe and stocking tied with a ribbon, the shoe painted to simulate silk, the ribbon enriched in yellow and red, with a silver-gilt hinged cover monogrammed to the interior, circa 1765 (slight wear) -- 11.5cm. long
