A pair of Chinese gilt bronze rectangular belt plaques,
decorated in relief with mirrored designs of mythical landscapes and waves within double herring bone pattern borders each plaque with a monkey figure to one side and sheaves of wheat and snarling animals beneath -- 5in. (12.7cm) wide, circa 2nd century BC, perspex stands. (2)
