Straight sided oval, on fixed oval base on four tapering supports, the detachable, partly highly raised, cover topped by pine cone finial above fluted calyx, base underside inscribed and dated 1942 --8in. (20.9cm.) long; together with; an oval sugar basket on short pedestal base, with pierced rim and swing handle--4in. (10.5cm.) high, 22oz. (2)
