A PARIS ARMORIAL PART TEA SERVICE
Mid-19th century, script gilt decorator's marks for Feuillet to some pieces
Painted in colours with the arms of Caylus against and ermine mantle, the shaped pieces with supporters of a lion and Hercules with his club, the border gilt rocaille foliate scrolls enclosing trellis and diaper and issuing flower sprays, comprising:
A waste bowl--8in. diam.; A large tea-cannister and cover--6in. high; A muffineer dome--6in. diam.; Four dessert plates--9in. diam.; Nine teacups and saucers (25)
