A flemish oak cabinet
18th Century
The arched canted moulded cornice centred by a rockwork clasp above a pair of arched doors with shaped panels enclosing a plain interior with four shelves and two base drawers, the canted sides with two secret panelled doors, the base section with later canted moulded rectangular top above a brushing-slide, the shaped frieze carved with S-scrolls and shell-motifs, above three drawers carved with shaped panels, between keeled angles headed by rockwork and trellis, on foliate-wrapped feet, possibly Liège, restorations
