Circular gold box, the cover and base with concentric engine-turning scattered with pellets and flowerheads, the sides with horizontally reeded guilloché similarly sprinkled, the lid centered by a circular reserve chased with a couple of amorous doves on a quiver and a flaming torch, the sablé borders chased with husks, flowers and scrolls -- 60 mm diam.
