Navette-shaped box, the cover, sides and base enamelled in translucent blue on an engine-turned ground, the lid centred by a glazed blonde lock of hair held by a seed-pearl bow, under glass within a split-pearl frame, the borders of cover and base decorated with opaque white enamel stripes and translucent green enamelled bands engraved with gold stylized acanthus leaves with white dotting, the lid with mirrored interior
