Rectangular box, the cover centred by a lyre with a laurel wreath surrounded by a circle, flanked by scrolling foliage, stamped and enamelled in black and dark blue on a matted ground, the base and sides decorated with panels of engine-turning, the borders with bands of champlevé gold foliage, pine cones and rosettes on a black enamel ground
