Carved with fantastical winged figures flanking shields; with an onion-shaped stopper with label inscribed '2889' and a circular wooden foot with labels inscribed 'KITSUNE/Renard/se changeant/en Femme'and '2594'.
Minor crack to stopper; the stopper possibly associated.
