A Wiener Werkstatte terracotta vase
of moon-flask form, painted in shades of blue, green, yellow and brown with a stylised Italian landscape with lake and volocano in the distance, figures with umbrellas walking along a promenade with palm trees, and bowl of fruit in the foreground, the reverse with small lake and mountain villages, one side with hot-air balloon, impressed marks and numbered 107/1 (minor glaze nicks) -- 18.5cm. high
