Sir Francis Carruthers Gould (1844-1925)

With inscription on the mount;
'Westminster Gazette 20th Jun. 1903
First Gravedigger: What are you doing here?
Second: Goin' to dig a grave for the Government
First: So be I!
(Both): Then let's dig it together, us'll get through the work quicker (Lord Rosebery and Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman lately simultaneously delivered vigorous assaults on the Government.)'
