Oblong, the hinged cover set with an oval mother-of-pearl plaque, piqué applied with Masonic symbols within foliage and flowers, the base engraved with an inscription, marked inside and inside cover
3¼ in. (8.5 cm.) wide
The inscription reads 'The Brethren of the Friendly Lodge No 521 To Bror Geo. Woodcock Father of the Lodge at Barnsley AL 5818. AD 1818'
