The serpentined mirror frame with floral cresting draped with lion pelts, flanked on each side by a putto holding aloft three scrolled candle branches, raised on a shaped brèche violette marble top, over three frieze drawers centered with a flower-filled basket, above four cupboard doors draped with bell-flower, the outer doors applied with scrolling acanthus and medallions cast with bubble-blowing putti, the angles with trailing foliage, on short splayed legs, the lockplates stamped CT LINKE/SERRURERIER/PARIS, the reverse of the mounts variously incised MN, the case stentiled 5151B
