Oval, centring interlaced cyphers of Catherine II and Nicholas II surmounted by the Imperial double-headed eagle centring number '200', the lower part mounted with a coat-of-arms of the Kuban region, flanked by a red enamelled ribbon with dates '1696-1896', attached to an oval plate, marked on plate
