Each worked in silver wire and poychrome enamels with flowering chrysanthemums and butterflies among rocks by a rushing stream, all against a midnight-blue ground, the neck decorated with scrolling vines and flowers and the foot banded with upright lappets; silver mounts; fitted wood stands

With wood box inscribed Shippo aiji kiku no zu kabin and each signed Jubei and sealed Ando kinsei (2)
