LIMITED EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY from the printer Charles Harry St. John Hornby to Frederick Smith, 2nd Viscount Hambleden and his wife Esther Smith. The type used is Fell great-primer, and the paper was specially made by Joseph Barchelor & Sons, of Little Chart: it was the first paper made by them for the Press.
