Ensayo del lote

"Leigh’s work is not for those in search of uncomplicated beauty. But in its complexities is a sublime more rich and full than beauty alone. It seduces in whispers, and engulfs with meaning." - Murray Whyte (quoted in M. Feeney, “At the ICA, Simone Leigh’s Art Is Breathtaking,” The Boston Globe, 6 April 2023, n.p.)
