The British Friends of the Art Museums of Israel (BFAMI) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the educational initiatives of Israel’s Art Museums, leveraging the transformative power of art to nurture, restore, and uplift communities. Through programmes across 14 museums, BFAMI fosters dialogue and brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds to engage with new ideas and artistic practices. By championing creativity, BFAMI inspires inclusive, collaborative, and resilient communities, nurturing a shared sense of connection and understanding.
This exhibition, featuring over 50 works donated by artists, aims to advance the museums’ mission of promoting Israel’s rich artistic heritage alongside contemporary art. The funds raised will help ensure the continued development of multicultural programmes that inspire and educate future generations, enriching the whole of society.
