This season, three curated sales from the Chinese Paintings department showcase hundreds of prominent Chinese paintings and calligraphy by renowned 20th Century artists that are drawn from collections all over the world. Xu Beihong, Xhang Daqian, Lin Fengmian, Qi Baishi and Wu Guanzhong are among the renowned artists whose works are offered in our sale of Fine Modern Chinese Paintings. Our sale of Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy includes important paintings by Bada Shanren, Wang Duo and Dong Qichang, while the Chinese Contemporary Ink sale features exciting works by Liu Kuo-sung, Lui Shou Kwan and Hong Kong artists including Irene Chou.
