Important Watches achieved HK$145.3 million / US$18.8 million at Christie's Autumn Auctions Hong Kong

Continuing Christie's market leadership in Asia in offering the most valuable Patek Philippe timepieces at auction, our Important Watches sale realised a total of HK$145,341,250 / US$18.8 million. The auction set six world auction records for Patek Philippe including for an extremely rare Ref. 3448 which sold for HK$9.25 million / US$1.2 million.

Leading The Ruby Series, an extraordinary collection of ruby-set masterpieces by Patek Philippe was a historically important wristwatch with Charles Stern's unique special request dial featuring cabochon ruby hour markers Ref. 1518, which fetched HK$8.65 million / US$1.12 million and also set a world auction record for the reference.
