Virtual tour: Americana Week at Christie’s New York and Online

Enjoy a 360-degree view of our exhibition for Americana Week, a series of three live and online auctions that celebrate the patriotic energies and diversities of the nation.

Dive into a melting pot of extraordinary artwork and objects ranging from Chinese Export porcelain to Outsider Art, including nine drawings by the self-taught African American artist Bill Traylor, a Newport card table attributed to John Townsend, a selection of silver from prominent makers such as Jeremiah Dummer of Boston and Tiffany & Co., New York, portraits by Joshua Johnson and early English ceramics from the Longridge collection. Further highlights include a selection of prints and documents from the Collection of Ambassador J. William Middendorf II such as a rare 1776 broadside edition of The Declaration of Independence.
