View the creation of Homeland, Cai Guo-Qiang’s gunpowder drawing, that was ignited in Shanghai on 25 September in celebration of Christie’s inaugural auction in Mainland China. The work will be offered in the first Shanghai Auction on 26 September. Proceeds will benefit the Quanzhou Museum of Contemporary Art (QMoCA) in Cai’s hometown.
