A RHINOCEROS HORN 'PINE' LIBATION CUP

Of flaring rounded conical shape, carved in the form of a section of a pine tree, detailed with irregular roundels suggesting the knots and whorls of bark, the openwork handle formed by twisted sturdy branches extending across the exterior of the vessel and bearing radiating foliage, the horn of a lustrous reddish-brown tone
3 7/8 in. (9.8 cm.) wide
