Each designed as a circular-cut diamond overlapping ribbon, extending a spray of marquise-cut diamond blossoms with sculpted gold stems, suspending a detachable pear-shaped sapphire pendant, with a detachable twin marquise-cut diamond "Bee" surmount, mounted in 18k gold and platinum; and a pair of interchangeable pear-shaped yellow sapphire drops, weighing approximately 5.47 and 5.00 carats, mounted in platinum, sapphire and yellow sapphire drops may be worn with or without the twin marquise-cut diamond "Bee" surmount, in a Tiffany & Co. black suede box
