Suspending a detachable pendant, set with a cut-cornered modified square-cut fancy vivid yellow diamond, weighing approximately 10.07 carats, within a pear and circular-cut diamond surround, joined by a marquise and pear-shaped diamond link, to the V-shaped circular-cut diamond neckchain, mounted in platinum and gold, 16 ins., in a Van Cleef & Arpels blue suede case
