'BLANC DE CRAIE is an exceptional painting which embodies the expression of Charles Hossein Zenderoudi's questioning on the paint's materiality and the work's semantic neutrality. His minimalist approach to the line is radical and powerful. The painting itself is its representation stripped bare of any artifice. Zenderoudi intentionally leaves the white background untouched, in its natural state - it is the white as material that builds up the pictorial dialogue.'
