Cylindrical, the porcelain body shaped as a drum, painted with red lacing and lines of imperial eagles, with hinged cover with gold mounts, marked on mounts with 'Fabergé' in Cyrillic and workmaster's initials, the underside of the cover with green underglaze Imperial Porcelain Factory mark dated 1911
