Portrait of Frederik Hendrik (1584-1647), Prince of Oranje, bust-length, in armour with a white lace collar

Several versions are known, such as the painting of Frederik Hendrik and Amalia van Solms in the Maurithuis, The Hague, inv. no. 104, on which many portraits have been based. Some of these portraits included both Frederik Hendrik and Amalia, while others depicted them alone, in full-length, half-length or as busts.
