Round sapphire of 14.65 carats, button-shaped natural pearl of 11.27 x 11.05 x 9.04 mm, old, baguette, rose-cut and triangular-shaped diamonds, platinum (French marks), circa 1910, unsigned, maker's mark (Henri Picq), with an associated chain set with old and single-cut diamonds
