With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with pavé diamond-set dial, 4/4 sapphire hour markers and set with 176 diamonds weighing approximately 2.07 carats in 1984 and its subsequent sale on 29 August 1984.

Patek Philippe produced reference 4524 from 1980 until 1987. To the best of our knowledge, the present watch is fresh to the market and the first example have been seen on the auction market thus far.
