THREE CARVED WHITE JADE 'DRAGON' PLAQUES
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The plaques, two of oval section, and one of rounded rectangular shape, were originally inset into a ruyi scepter, and are similarly carved with a front-facing dragon emerging from crashing waves. The plaques are of well-matched pale greenish-white color with a few pale beige inclusions.
The longest 3 ¾ in. (9.5 cm.)
