A PALE YELLOW AND RUSSET JADE ARCHAISTIC VASE AND COVER
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The body is carved in low relief on either side with four panels, each containing an archaistic phoenix on a key-fret ground, below the waisted neck flanked by a pair of beast-head handles. The pale yellow stone has russet variegation throughout.
