自型號1463於1960年代末停產，型號5070便成為百達翡麗往後第一款的純計時腕錶。於1998年推出時僅提供黃金版本，後於2001年及2003年先後推出白金和紅金版本，自2008年以來僅以鉑金生產。據信每個版本均在生產至1,000 件後便停止製作。
