Early 19th Century
With 12in. (30.5cm.) barrel, flat border engraved lock marked 'Tower' with 'GR' crowned, walnut full stock (stripped) with traces of Ordnance inspection mark and stamped 'J-M' above the side-plate, regulation brass mounts, iron belt hook, and later (?) brass-tipped ramrod, King's proof marks
