A BROWNISH-OLIVE JADE CEREMONIAL BLADE, YAZHANG
Possibly northwest China, Qijia culture, with somewhat waisted blade flaring at the curved end which is gently beveled on one side. The other end has angular projections and smaller toothed projections joined on both sides by carved parallel lines below a conical hole. On one side the hole forms the apex of a triangle formed by further incised lines. The opaque stone is of striated olive-green color.
