Very finely carved with Buddha Shakyamuni seated at center within an elaborate niche with throneback composed of lions, elephants, vyalas, makaras, and centered by Garuda, surrounded by scrolling foliate vines encircling the Astamangala, the recessed rectangular panel with beaded rim framed by stylized flame border, one side carved with foliate scrolls centered by a kirttimukha mask and the Tibetan letter kha
