SIGNED JACKSON, LONDON, CIRCA 1815
With rebrowned twist sighted barrels each signed 'LONDON', foliate engraved tangs each with standing rear-sight, engraved flat bevelled bolted locks each signed 'JACKSON' and with stepped tail, semi-rainproof pan and roller, walnut full stocks each with chequered butt, engraved iron mounts including trigger-guards each with pineapple finial, silver escutcheons and barrel-bolt escutcheons, and later brass-tipped ramrods (some scattered patches of shallow pitting and some discolouration to iron parts, some bruising to stocks), in a lined and fitted case with accessories including embossed brass-mounted copper violin-shaped pistol-flask, cleaning rod and a mainspring clamp, the exterior with flush-fitting brass carrying handle and circular brass escutcheon
