A Chinese famille rose figure of a hawk and a pair of orange-glazed parrots
Jiaqing (1796-1820) and later
The hawk modelled with its head slightly turned to the left, its brightly coloured feathers picked out in shades of green, yellow, orange, brown and lavender, perched on green enamelled pierced rockwork, frits, 21 cm. high; and a pair of orange-glazed parrots looking to the left and right, perched on unglazed pierced rockwork, cracked glaze, 23 cm. high
