A "COSMOS SECRET" WRISTWATCH/BROOCH, BY VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
Designed as a flower, set with a circular-cut diamond bombé pistil, extending overlapping circular-cut diamond petals, opening to reveal a watch, with quartz movement, the circular blue mother-of-pearl dial with white gold hands, to the charcoal gray leather wristband accented by circular-cut diamond leaves and circular-cut diamond deployant clasp, mounted in 18k white gold, (accompanied by winding key and brooch attachment)
